She has worked as both Solo Chef and Crew Chef on board motor and sailing yachts across the Mediterranean, developing strong adaptability and excellent organisational skills in fast-paced environments. Specialising in Mediterranean, Italian, seafood, and international cuisine, she is known for her clean, fresh cooking style, professionalism, and calm attitude on board.

Job Description
Responsible for all galley operations, including menu planning, provisioning, meal preparation, dietary requirement management, galley hygiene, and stock control. Marina delivers high-quality cuisine for both guests and crew while maintaining excellent organisation and efficiency in the galley. She is experienced in sourcing fresh local products throughout the Mediterranean and works independently while ensuring a smooth and positive atmosphere on board.
