Captain: Wojciech Izyk

Wojciech Izyk is an accomplished Captain 200GT and Engineer 750kW with extensive experience commanding luxury motor and sailing yachts up to 35m in both private and charter operations. He has a strong background in vessel management, navigation, crew leadership, technical maintenance, and guest service.

Wojciech has successfully managed major refit and repower projects, including marine electrical upgrades, lithium battery installations, solar energy systems, and interior rebuild. His experience includes extensive Mediterranean and Caribbean cruising, yacht deliveries, shipyard periods, warranty work, and charter operations. 

He also holds AEC, PADI Rescue Diver, and Water Sports Instructor qualifications, bringing a strong combination of technical expertise, safety awareness, and practical seamanship to his role.
 

Stew/Deck: Yasmin Kunstmann
Nationality: Danish

Yasmin Kunstmann is a Danish Stewardess with hands-on experience in both private and charter yachting, having worked on vessels up to 92ft. She has developed a well-rounded skill set across luxury guest service, housekeeping, laundry, interior detailing, provisioning, inventory management, and table service, with additional experience supporting deck operations, docking, anchoring, line handling, tender driving, and watchkeeping.

Yasmin holds STCW, ENG1, Powerboat Level 2, Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2, as well as Wine Service, Luxury Bar, Cigar Expert, and F&B Academy certifications. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Arabic & Middle Eastern Studies and speaks Danish, fluent English, and intermediate Arabic. Her combination of strong hospitality skills, practical deck experience, and positive guest-focused attitude makes her a versatile addition to a yacht interior team.
